HISTORY
My love for print goes back to my first working experience as a freelance illustrator working for VNU magazines; LIBELLE, YES, CLUB, ANITA, POPFOTO, and OUDERS VAN NU. I love paper magazines and books, more than the digital stuff. It ‘clicks’ better with my heart, it touches my emotion. Organizing and translating magazines and books, Connecting them with digital information, is like writing visual stories. During the period I worked in fashion, I was a guest editor for Bloem & Blad. This made me realise that there was a lack of innovative information about horticulture. That is why I became the founder of the magazine GROW. A creative quality magazine for the horticulture, launched in 2001.
